ProStage Essentials is the online trading brand of Basement Hire Ltd, based at Stone Lane Industrial Estate, Wimborne, BH21 1HB. Please note that we operate exclusively online and do not have a retail premises for in-person transactions.
What started as a small sales section on our equipment hire website has grown into a dedicated online store, offering an expanded product range and an improved shopping experience. While much has changed, our commitment to excellent customer service, expert support, and competitive pricing remains the same.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible, or within 3-5 working days during peak seasons, once full payment has been received.
Items placed on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available to us, we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time where possible; should it likely to be an extended period of time. Bespoke items, such as cables and adaptors, may be made to order. Please contact us for build times if your order is time critical.

FREE Click & Collect option is only for collecting items from our premises in Wimborne, BH21 1HB but please do not travel to us until your items are ready, our team will contact you to arrange your collection timeslot as our premises are not always occupied during advertised hours.
