We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible, or within 3-5 working days during peak seasons, once full payment has been received.

Items placed on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available to us, we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time where possible; should it likely to be an extended period of time. Bespoke items, such as cables and adaptors, may be made to order. Please contact us for build times if your order is time critical.

With our Standard Delivery option, items are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Upgrade to ⭐Priority Delivery for prioritised dispatch and next day services by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD.

FREE Click & Collect option is only for collecting items from our premises in Wimborne, BH21 1HB but please do not travel to us until your items are ready, our team will contact you to arrange your collection timeslot as our premises are not always occupied during advertised hours.
